Words and Pictures is a truly unique disc written entirely by the members of the group, with scores taken from both the Black & White film project, alongside “The Four Seasons” with poet Lemn Sissay . (1998)
Recorded at Abbey Road Studios and released in 1994 on the Decca/Argo record label, First & Foremost is a critically acclaimed album by the Apollo Saxophone Quartet that uniquely bridges classical and contemporary jazz, peaking at number three on the UK classical charts.
